Each rotor ring is manufactured from CM-250 specially formulated high-carbon alloy cast iron, providing excellent friction bite, superior thermal stability, and outstanding resistance to cracking under repeated high-temperature cycles. The rings are heat-treated to relieve internal stresses and precision CBN-machined to ensure a smooth rotor surface that promotes faster and more consistent brake pad bed-in.

Designed for Paragon’s fully-floating 2-piece rotor system, these replacement rings allow proper thermal expansion while maintaining consistent pad alignment. Precision tolerances (≤0.03mm runout, ≤2g weight variation) help reduce vibration and brake judder for smooth, consistent braking.

Directional ventilation vanes and performance slots work together to improve cooling efficiency and maintain a clean pad-to-rotor contact surface. This design helps evacuate heat, gases, and water, providing consistent braking performance even during demanding track sessions or wet driving conditions.
