These Yellowstuff 4000 series brake pads and USR fine-slotted upgrade brake rotors have the thermal capacity to stop fast-moving heavy American or European sedans or even SUVs and trucks hauling up to 8,000 pounds.

The benefits iof this kit over the S5 Kit is the reduced wind noise from the fine slotted USR series rotors.Kit includes EBC flagship GG rated yellowstuff high friction pads for maximum brake effect fully shimmed chamfered and slotted finished wth patented EBC Brake in coating for fast pad seating and USR sport slotted rotors.
The EBC Stage 9 Kit was created for performance street driving, street and track events, and towing-oversized tires. So, this is basically an all-in-one kit using EBC’s most aggressive components for the maximum stopping power you can get. One such component is the Yellowstuff brake pad. This pad is an aramid fiber-based brake compound that works from cold and self-seats after installation, thanks to its applied brake-in surface coating. It has a high friction formula, so it’s able to improve braking effect by up to 40%.

Other crucial components in this kit are EBC’s USR fine-slotted upgrade brake rotors. These rotors provide improved cooling while expelling gasses, dust, debris, and moisture more efficiently. They can also run up to a scorching 800/900°C, and they feature corrosion-resistant "thermic black" coating, providing a longer service life than normal rotors.
