If you desire a modest brake improvement for normal speeds on any SUV or Light Truck this Kit will be your best choice.High efficiency EBC pads built with Aramid fiber,fully shimmed,slotted and chamfered and featuring the EBC patented Brake-in coating for fast pad seating after install. Matched with spot drilled and wide aperture slotted sport vented rotors for cooler brakes and lifetime perfect flat and parallel pad wear finished with Geomet anti rust coating. Wider aperture slots draw cool air under braking area and remove dirt dust and debris faster.
The EBC Greenstuff 6000 series brake pad is a medium dust fast street pad that offers an entry-level performance upgrade for improved friction, fade resistance, and 15% brake improvement compared to OE. It features very low brake disc wear and a red “brake in’ surface coating for instant safe braking after installation. The drilled holes and slots on the GD brake rotors, on the other hand, help dispel dirt, debris, gasses, and carbon deposits for improved brake effect. These allow the rotor to draw cool air under the pad and rotor surface, preventing brake fade and loss of brake effect during heavy braking. And since these GD series rotors are produced with corrosion-resistant “silver gray” coating, they are proven to last longer than the competition.
