 Description

46mm Monotube Shock Absorber
If you want a sporty ride without sacrificing comfort, the Bilstein Performance Plus B8 Shock Absorber and Strut Assemblies are your best options. They work great with lowering springs and vehicles with upgraded anti-roll bars or lowered suspension like Mercedes AMG models. While the lowering springs give you the grandiose aesthetics of a lowered car, the Bilstein B8 shocks ensure ride quality is never compromised.
Bilstein B8 Performance Plus dampers are a performance upgrade to OE dampers designed to be paired with aftermarket lowering springs. These dampers offer application specific valve settings with a monotube design to bring out the best handling performance of a vehicle. Each damper is rigorously tested for quality that meets or exceeds OE standards. B8 Performance Plus dampers are the ideal solution for pairing with a lowering spring for improved handling and sportier look with the added benefit of world-famous Bilstein quality.
The Bilstein B8 shocks and struts are the ideal suspension upgrades for pairing with a lowering spring for added damping performance on the street and track. They are manufactured using Bilstein’s monotube gas pressure technology, which provides optimum braking and tracking stability and increased safety in all driving conditions. The tube of the B8 has a larger diameter and surface that is fabricated using a special extrusion method for superior strength and maximum heat dissipation. And, it is coated with Bilstein’s classic yellow and blue paint to withstand grueling 240-hour salt spray tests and fight rust better for longer shock life. All Bilstein shocks and struts are road-tested and fine-tuned to ensure high reliability under dynamic conditions.
