    Featuring everything you need for maximum stopping power, these Wilwood TC6R large brake kits are the best choice. Six thick-walled stainless steel pistons are used in a TC6R billet aluminum brake caliper, which provides unrivaled clamping efficiency. A high-friction compound with an improved composition is used in conjunction with these for the quick response and longer fade resistance. These Wilwood TC6R big brake front kits are provided with a choice of normal 16-inch directional-vane GT rotors or high-performance 16-inch cross-drilled, slotted, zinc-washed SRP rotors, depending on your requirement. A high-strength, forged aluminum cap is attached to each rotor. The hats have been rib-reinforced to withstand tremendous stresses and are black anodized to protect them from corrosion. Wilwood TC6R huge brake front kits will bring your truck or SUV to a complete stop in a matter of seconds.
TC6R calipers are purpose built to provide unsurpassed braking capacity on trucks and SUV’s upgraded to larger than stock wheels. TC6R kits can fit many 20”and larger wheels (Verify your wheel interior clearance to the wheel clearance diagram in the installation instructions before purchase). Combining the high clamping efficiency of the TC6R caliper with 16” diameter directional vane rotors and high friction BP-10 compound brake pads, TC6R kits provide the braking power necessary to control the higher rotating weight of ultra-sized wheels and tires, especially with high GVW vehicles and vehicles used for towing. TC6R kits are engineer application to be fully compatible with the OE master cylinder output and retain full function of the ABS system.
The Wilwood TC6R Truck Big Brake Kit with 16-inch rotors is the best big brake option for highly customized and modified vehicles or SUVs that have been upgraded to larger-than-stock wheels. TC6R kits are compatible with a wide variety of 20" and bigger wheels. These kits replace the factory disc brakes and make use of the factory parking brake component to complement the installation of larger front disc brakes. TC6R calipers, BP-10 compound pads, and enlarged rotors are designed to integrate with the original equipment master cylinder output, ABS function, and individual vehicle bias specifications of each vehicle. These features work together to offer essential control over large wheels and tires for safe braking on heavy trucks.
