Made in the U.K., the EBC Blade Brake Rotors have a uniquely created blade-slot design that removes hot gases from the braking zone in a quick and efficient way. Helps keep the pads flatter and the brakes cooler. The function of the multiple overlap slots reduce the brake wind noise. Due to high carbon content, these specific EBC rotors have higher thermal capabilities that enable them to withstand use of simple daily daily driving all the way to stress inducing towing, performance driving or even time track event racing.

    Product Description

    The EBC High Carbon Blade Brake Rotor is EBC's Holy Grail of Brake Rotors. EBC uses a new style of slot called the "Vee Slot" which rocks at pushing dirt, debris and hot brake gases from the center of the rotor to the outside. This helps keep your brakes running cooler, and more efficiently. The pattern of the slots on the EBC High Carbon Blade Brake Rotor is designed to reduce wind noise, and also serves as a wear indicator. When the groove is gone it's time for a new set of EBC High Carbon Brake Rotors.

    Higher Carbon Equals Higher Quality

    The NEW EBC High Carbon Blade Rotor is 100% British cast and machined cast iron which helps reduce vibration and noise. However the big news here is that the EBC High Carbon Brake Rotor has twice the Carbon Content of normal rotors which is why the EBC High Carbon Rotor is tougher than many other rotors on the market. The Higher Carbon levels improve the thermal stability of the rotor which reduces Thermal Brake Judder, Brake Noise caused by dampening vibrations, and it also helps reduce the risk of cracking and warping due to heat.
