Paragon Performance Rotor Rings are engineered to deliver exceptional braking performance and durability for high-performance street and track applications. Designed to handle extreme heat and repeated heavy braking, these rotor rings provide improved cooling efficiency, consistent stopping power, and reliable performance under demanding driving conditions. Whether used for spirited street driving or competitive track sessions, Paragon rotor rings are built to maintain braking confidence when it matters most.
Each rotor ring is manufactured from CM-250 specially formulated high-carbon alloy cast iron, offering excellent friction bite, superior thermal stability, and increased resistance to cracking under harsh track conditions. The rings are heat-treated to relieve internal stresses and precision CBN-machined to ensure a smooth rotor surface that promotes faster and more consistent brake pad bed-in.
Precision manufacturing tolerances—≤0.03mm rotor runout and ≤2g weight variation—help minimize vibration and brake judder for smooth, consistent braking. Each rotor ring also undergoes rigorous quality control inspections to ensure dependable performance.
The slotted rotor design evacuates heat, gases, and debris to maintain a clean pad contact surface while improving wet-weather braking by preventing water film buildup. Despite high thermal capacity, the lightweight design helps reduce unsprung mass and improve handling.
