The Hawk HPS 5.0 Ferro-Carbon Brake Pads combine the safety and quality of aerospace design with the braking technology of motorsports, all while sustaining a temperature range that is significantly greater than that of standard brake pads. These pads are one of the most cost-effective upgrades you can make to your vehicle, providing a significant improvement in performance while also reducing the stopping distance and increasing the performance capabilities. Still, they have pleasant handling characteristics, making them an excellent match for most high-performance automobiles. Let the HPS 5.0 boost your vehicle's braking power.
High Performance Street disc brake pads are legendary for increasing stopping power on street-legal vehicles. Increasing the performance of your vehicle's braking system is easy when you choose Hawk Performance's HPS braking compound. The High Performance Street compound offers a higher coefficient of friction over stock brake pads and can provide you 20 to 40 percent more stopping power and higher resistance to brake fade than most standard replacement pads. Less fade means you will have better pedal feel and more consistent performance in a durable brake pad that generates less brake dust.
Brake performance may be improved using Hawk High Performance Street 5.0 Pads thanks to their greater stopping power and resistance to brake fade. In ordinary street driving situations, the pads emit minimal dust levels and make no noise, making them a more responsive and durable alternative than Original Equipment. The pads are made of a Ferro-Carbon composite and offer enhanced braking properties, designed to improve the overall driving experience. This new compound enhances performance in the circumstances requiring heavy braking by combining the high safety and quality standards of aerospace design with the cutting-edge brake technology used in racing.
