DFC GEOSPEC Coated Brake Rotors
Specially coated with a special paint to form a durable and attractive silver-gray finish that fights rust far better than other conventional paint or zinc coatings.
Each DFC GeoSpec Coated Brake Rotor is processed dry, shipped dry, and ready to install without any additional preparation. An average brake job takes 1.25-2.5 hours per axle. Without the need to clean an oil covered rotor, this saves a tremendous amount of time and money during the installation process. The coating is simply and safely swept away by the friction material with no harmful effects.
Formulated with the G3000/G11H18 cast iron specification, DFC GEOSPEC Coated Brake Rotors are engineered to match OEM specifications for durability, reliability, and stability.
Each rotor casting is sent to our state of the art machining facilities, where it is processed to the tightest tolerances available in the market today. Then, the rotor is prepared with a non-directional finish to promote a faster and more even brake pad bed-in, along with quieter and smoother stops. Finally, all vented rotors are 100% inspected for balance and are corrected if necessary with our state of the art electronic mill-balance process.
After all of the machining processes are completed, each rotor passes a 100% inspection station that measures all critical attributes to ensure that each rotor meets OE specifications. This further guarantees that each and every rotor delivered to you is trouble free. Every rotor comes with a 12 Months Warranty against defects in material and workmanship.
And since they are chamfered and slotted, they produce very minimal noise when braking. All DFC brake pads are rotor friendly, so they are guaranteed to work well with the DFC brake rotors and provide longer rotor and pad life. Dynamic Friction Company’s brake rotors, meanwhile, are formulated with G3000/G11H18 cast iron for maximum durability and are made to match OE specifications to ensure proper fit and function for a trouble-free installation. They are 100% mill balanced and CNC machined to the tightest tolerances to ensure reliable performance and minimize noise and vibration. They also boast a non-directional finish, so they are guaranteed to promote faster and more even brake pad bed-in. Both DFC pads and rotors offer ease of installation for reduced maintenance downtime.
