This Premium Commuter kit includes Centric Premium Brake Rotors and a set of Posi Quiet Premium Pads that cost 50% less than what the dealers charge.
Designed as a premium OE upgrade, the Preferred Axle Pack includes Centric Premium black rotors and award-winning Posi Quiet pads for improved performance and service life with low dust and noise.
Centric’s premium rotors, which come in black or high carbon alloy, are double disc ground to eliminate run out and made with an E-coating finish for quieter and smoother stops and long-lasting corrosion protection. They are engineered to OE specifications and meet QS and ISO Quality System Standards for superior performance and maximum reliability. The same is true with Centric’s premium Posi Quiet brake pads. Centric Parts knows noise and vibration are the number one cause for customer returns, so its pads are 200% shimmed and mill balanced to reduce feedback associated with rotor noise and vibration. They are also 100% scorched for easy bed-in, post cured for consistent performance, and positive molded for even wear characteristics.
