Double-disc grinding creates a non-directional finish for better rotor and pad break-in. Centric High Carbon Brake Rotors RMS=64.3, Ra=1.6 microns (63 micro-inches). Centric Parts High Carbon Alloy Brake Rotors are black E-coated. E-Coating is an electrostatically applied finish that can endure 400 hours of salt spray testing.
