Sales Tax

Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident state. Therefore, all orders shipping within California will be charged the applicable sales tax.

Returns

Sales invoice must accompany ALL returns, warranties and cores. All merchandise MUST be returned in original packaging and in resalable condition. No refund on electrical items, special orders (which includes all part numbers that apply to vehicles 15 years old or older) or items over 14 days old and no returns without an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization)#. Manufacturer's warranty ONLY.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all non-defective returns that are not considered special order (a 50% restocking fee applies to products considered special order and it has been determined that all manufacturers or suppliers in the distribution chain are willing to accept the return). Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order, provided your order has not already been processed and shipped. Please call during business hour to change your order.
